Excellent place to get your body in shape. Trainer understands your goal and guides according to that. Some might want to loose weight some needs muscle and some just be fit. Trainer understands it well and guides according to that instead just have a common program for all. Also his unique method of removing dependency from Gym equipment is very good and it will help for people who travel quite often. What more Vignesh is a certified sports nutritionist and suggest diet chart just follow that and you see the difference. Flexible on timings personal care friendly environment etc make this place a great one. I lost about 6kgs in 3 months which I could not achieve with my previous gymming experience with other Gyms. My suggestion even if someone stays really far come over during the weekends and learn the techniques from Vignesh and benefit its really worth it.
HAMMER FITNESS is one of the best gym in Kolathur. Specially Vignesh master`s encouragement and guidance will help a lot. What ever workout I am doing in gym I am doing with understanding the effects of the workout. Weekly once report is one of the best I reduced 8 kgs in 45 days and still I will reduce because of the confidence given by Vignesh master. At starting when I joined he told you will gain confidence if you come regularly but I didn`t believe at first but after a month reducing 5 Kgs, I had confidence back when I joined this gym. My weight was 94.4 and now my weight is 84.9. I will strongly recommend this gym for those who want to feel the difference in you. For those who are coming for weight reducing in this gym, I need to tell all only one thing if you are not on diet, your weight won`t get reduced and don`t blame gym that it didn`t reduce my weight.
For starters (like me!!) its a great place to stay fit and in shape. The ambiance, the music, the trainer, the companions are filled with compassionate to workout which motivated me. Though my stay was short, I liked the way the mails were sent to each one of us stating the diet, the significance of water intake etc...A good way to keep us in track! Thank you HF.
